Reliance cdma – false bills send poor customer care service

i use reliance cdma postpaid connection apx 2year.i always my bill timely.this month he send me 1400 rs bill.which is false.i dont know from how may month company was send me false bill..issues are as follows as per talk customer care.. 1>customer care said me.from if ichange my plan.the normal plan to normal plan it will change on next billing cycle.i change a plan normal to normal. 2>in my bill company changed my plan 2 days before 3> and also donot give me benefit for active plan.. 4> problem is over billing

i want relief to free my mobile for 3 month becuse company send me fraud bill
