Respected Sir, I am using Reliance number 9023653309 registered with name “Simarpreet Singh”.I have been continuously harassed by reliance for last 4-5 months as they automatically deduct Rs.3 after every 3 days for unwanted service VAS USSD. I have called customer care and deactivated it many times then i have gone to their office then even i have called Reliance Appellate Authority twice… but of no use my balance got deducted again though they waive my deducted balance but i had to call every time and service got automatically activated.. last time i had lodged complaint and got request no. 205522480

Summary of dates when balance got deducted:- 16-6-2013, 17-6-2013, 21-6-2013(4 times same day), 23-6-2013,24-6-2013,28-6-2013,2-7-2013,5-7-2013,8-7-2013,15-7-2013… these are dates i have record but even before that my money was being deducted Summary of dates when money was waived:- 17-6-2013,25-6-2013,6-7-2013,15-7-2013 The day 15-7-2013 money was waived new VAS Evolve got activated and Rs.5 were deducted This is just economic damage but what i got mental harassment is different..

I want to have full refund of money that is deducted till now and relief from all these automatic activation of services…
