Reliance Comm – Phone disconnected though Payment was made

I have not received the bill for the month of June,13. On specific inquiry , I have got the billing amount. I have make the payment through net banking on 26th July,13. My Landline phone was put on working on 30th July,13. The delay has been happened by the company in activating the services. I have put the complain on the reliance call center at least three – four times in this four days. One of the complain ID – 206671428 After following today with complain ID: 206849004. I got the feedback that my billing amount was received by reliance communication. Reliance communicatio is not bother to reply to the customer on their complaint. I was suffered for four hours on reaching call to the call center executive.

I have request reliance communication ltd to give the compensation of Rs. 10000/- for the mental harresement and impact on my reputation.
