I had activated my 47 tariff dated on 15/10/2013 and before that i was using 19 lof pack(autorenewal). on 16/10/13 i called customer care to know the status of my 47 tariff and Mr. Kamil told me supplied me malinformationabout 47 pack so i complaint against him, in the mean while i asked him to deactivate my lof 19 but he said that once you acivate any other pack your current tariff is autodeactivated.I became satisfied. on 26/10/2013 again i recieved sms that 19 rupees deducted via VAS 19 against which i talked again to customer care and he deactivated my lof 19 by he said that your money cant be refunded because there is no such policy in Reliance Comminication. This is gross negligence and the fraud with the customers by supply them malinformation because there must be same and universal rule/regulation for private compony and BSNL is strictly folliwing this beacause in BSNL one cant run two pack concurrently.
My money to be refunded ASAP and stern action be taken against such erring componies so that they cant befool their innocent customers.
