Reliance Communication – balance deduction unnecessary

reliance communication has unnecessarily deducted 93 rupees from my available balance on 19 october 2013. i had called up the customer care executive with utmost difficulty, because it is very troublesome to talk to the executive. this crap network keeps your call on hold for at least 25 minutes then only one is able to connect to the cc that too if you are lucky enough to get connected. the executive said that the money was deducted for internet usage, but i have already got internet plan activated on my account. so i fail to understand why on earth this crap network is deducting money for internet usage. this kind of act is highly irritating, one can not just keep on waiting for a call for 25mins to hear crap. this kind of deduction has been done for the second time. when done for the first time there was no action taken, rather around 20 days later i was sent a mail that they have deducted no such money. i am not insane that i would lodge complaints just like that if they would not have deducted money.

i want that these people should debit my account again with 93 rupees which were deducted today that is 19 october and 80 rupees which were deducted on 27 september 2013. in addition to that they should debit 100 rupees extra as punishment for the inconvenience caused by them. so in total that makes it 273 rupees. also since i had ported my no to reliance, i want to get it re -ported to another network. according to the rules porting can be done only after 3 months of usage but i have used this network for less than a month, so please provide me with the necessary detail and procedures to get that done. this network is the worse network ever experienced by me . i want the action to be taken within less than 2 days time.
