I would like to lodge the complaint against the Reliance communication.i have recharged the amount of Rs 100 on 19th May 2015.But on the next day 20th May 2015,the company has deducted all the amount. I havent used any facility or the services. When I tried to lodge the complaint against the deduction. The customer care representative said that due to some technical issue they can not lodge the complaint. When asked for the refund, they refused to repay and not provided any satisfactory reason. When i asked them to communicate me once the technical issue will be resolved, they refused to inform me. Prior to this case the company had already deducted money for another case and when i communicated them, they replied the same.i want a justice against my complaint.

I need a recovery of Rs 50000 against the mental harassment and poor services quality that gives me mental tension.
