Reliance communication is providing false information on their website and call center regarding Recharge Offers and Packs.

It happens two time with me when I saw the offers on the companies website and get confirmed by their call centers (no 121) also about that particular recharge offer, but when i get recharged my account, they did not provided me the benefit of the recharge value that they have mentioned on their website. and when I called on their customer care no. their easy explanation was that ‘we can not do any thing’ and when i asked to return my money they denied to do that also. my first Recharge amount was 76 Rs. that I did few months back. and now i did recharge of Rs. 79 on 12 Dec. 2014. Both the time they have not provided me the benefits that mentioned on their website. after talking on customer care i lodge a complaint on appellate authority too but with no result as they have closed my complaint without any solution.
