I had filed a complaint Reliance Communication regarding the connection on 11th June and yet the issues has not been resolved. 8 calls were made and they assured me of callback and solve the problem in 24 hrs, They never gave a callback. 5 Months back there was a interruption for 1 month. There are frequent interruptions like these. The Box provided for the transmission on my terrace is of such a cheap quality that a few droops of rain and there will be a breakdown in connection

1. Urgent Solution of the problem 2. The hardware be protected from water so timely interruption from rain can be prevented 3. 600 Rs for use of alternate connection in period of breakdown 4. Reimbursement for the period of breakdown 5. 5000 Rs for loss of time, mental agony and false assuring behavior
