Reliance Communication – Network Problem

I am new postpaid connection holder of reliance communication. I am suffering due to network problem. I am unable to access internet and call through the phone. I complained couple of time to customer care support, he told me that it will resolve your problem within three day. but still i am suffering from this problem. i am unable to call again and again to customer care.

During this period i din’t call properly and unable to access internet.

monthly bill has been generated after getting problem. I would like to adjust my bill.
