I have recharged my Reliance mobile as per the site, 32 rs voucher available on-line. As per the online voucher, it will have 30 days validity. After the recharge, I got a message like my recharge was successful and the validity will be 15 days. How the validity get reduced after the recharge and this is totally misleading. I have a call with Customer care guy Aniyan and he says like this is my mistake and got reduced the validity some time back.But still in online says like this 32 rs voucher will have 30 days validity. This was totally misleading and I need 30 days validity on my 32 rs voucher or cash back. Kindly do the needful ASAP.
