Dear sir, I’m Mrityunjaya using a reliance number 9015883669 in delhi As a user i purchased a mobile phone samsung galaxy y duos lite s5302 with reliance 1GB 3G data offer for 6 months on 15 nov 2012.As per your condition after inserting sim with in a one hour you will receive the benefit and now tilled date i doesn’t get the benefits. After one day on 16th Nov i contact customer care regarding this, the executive the telling me that i doesn’t know about this offer, after this i tell him please transfer my call to your senior they didn’t transfer and disconnected the call, again i contact customer care this time the executive tell me to transfer to senior and put me on hold to more than 20 min and no response from them and also block my number to contact on 198. After all of this i contact customer care from my another reliance number that time my call has transfer to senior executive and they register my complaint no 191751339 with 4 days of resolution. After 4 days there is no response, On 19th Nov then again contact customer care for asking about my complaint resolution. they were telling me with seelly reason that the complaint was incomplete and again they take my complaint no 191921384 with same time of 4 days to resolve. Again, after 4 days there is no response from them, On 22nd Nov then again contact customer care for asking about my complaint resolution, this time they telling me that your complaint put wrong and ask for the reason for this, they didn’t tell that, and take my another complaint no 192172811 with the time of 2 days of resolution. After two days on 24th nov with continuous calling for more than 6 times they were telling me that they posted the benefit to your account, but when i checked my balance they show me that there is no data plan activated, again contact customer care for this they are telling me that our system in upgradation so can’t check your account. Day after tomorrow again contacting to customer care but my both number was block to contact 198, then i contact from my 3rd another reliance number and that time the executive take my another complaint no 192362585 with same time of 2 days of resolution and block my all number to contacting to 198. There is totally harassing the customer to delay in the benefit to giving them, so that i forwarding my complaint to you and to the higher authority for regarding this.
