I am a reliance service user and there was an unnecessary deduction of rs 100/- from my balance on 26/02/2014 n inspite of lodging many complaints to their customer services executives they are not refunding my money.. I am having with the call recordings of their executives also. Sir please help me out so that I should get my money back. Hoping for your earliest response.

I want my rs 100/- to be refunded as soon as possible

Yesterday I done my recharge of rs 448 on my no 9555129684 of reliance my balance deducted from paytm amount but my. Recharge is not done yet. I am using paytm since very long I am very good customer of paytm. I request Reliance Communications to look into the issue ASAP.
