This complaint is for Reliance Communications, I M. Tarique Khan had tried to avail an advertised service Mobile TV from Reliance Communications at http://rcom.co.in under 3G services. The information given on website is misleading and confusing due to inexperienced behavior of Reliance’s customer care executive. The Mobile TV subscription could not be configured even after all efforts. The support person from external organization providing Mobile TV configuration services in-person disclosed that Reliance is careless in resolving their customer grievances. Constant request to President for resolving connectivity issue has also failed as evident from the email correspondence. It is clearly evident from the communication with the Customer Care executives that they are avoiding to provide any support for Mobile TV first with continuous delays in PAID Calls and then informing that Reliance system has some problem so they cannot help. This is the one answer from every support person at rcom. In the due process my account was continued for 2-weeks for which Reliance had deducted 35 Rs for every week where in fact the service was not available at all. I had also deducted Rs. 10 during the configuration of Reliance TV application. After continuous efforts from my side to avail the service of Mobile TV as advertised by Reliance on rcom.co.in I am in total loss from my personal satisfaction, Time and Money due to in-experienced behavior of the Reliance customer care executives and Reliance stall services. Total negligent behavior from Reliance. I have been suffered from mental harassment. On the basis of above, I am filling this complaint for the false commitment of services to customers and illegal gains.

I want a compensation of RS. 500000 for my Time, my money and my mental harassed state. A clear explanation available to all customers who want to avail Mobile TV service and including other such stall services.
