Reliance Communications – Unstable Internet connection

My broadband connection was not working from last 14 days i was again and again complaining over the phone to the customer care and they were not listening to me. As i mentioned in the title they were rude and many a times they do not pick up or hang up saying ” i need to disconnect the call, i don’t seem it worth it” I tried to talk to their supervisors , they didn’t respond me either. They always register my complain but never gave a resolution. I am seriously fed up of their Services , and the improper working of their customer makes things worst.

I want my connection up and running without frequent disconnection , i want a better customer service from reliance.As they insulted me every time. I want compensation for my economical losses as well as for my respect and my depleted goodwill in front of my customers and also for the time i wasted to resolve the issue.
