Reliance Data Card – get constant calls from different call centres for payment

I Varun Sood was using Reliance Data Card-8595474784 from Mar 12-Sept 13 and was regularly paying my bills.However i was unable to clear my bill for 1 month and my connection was barred beacuse of non payment of bill also bill was also genereated for the period for which my connection was barred. After that i cleared my bill with late payment charges too. At the same time i showed my interest in discontinuing the services at payment centre for which they replied it has to be registered at call centre. When i registered request for discontinuation at call centre they guided me to payment centre. Its been 3 months now my connection is barred but bill is being generated continuosly for same. Also i am getting call on daily basis for bill payment to which i am replying that ill pay once ill get confirmation mail that my connection is discontinued Reliance have also sent recovery executive at my home to whom i told same thing and he agreed to send me the mail for discontinuation and collect payment .But its now 10 days no one has done that too. Its is very getting very disturbing for me to get constant calls from different call centres for payment. I request to please take appropriate action against Reliance company for harassing me unneccassirly. Varun Sood 9958841xxx

Just My connection to be barred and waiver off bill implemented for barred period.
