Dear Sir,
Through this I want to have your attention on the problem that i am facing its going to a month now due to the bad service of Reliance.I was in urgent need of data card so after inquiring i found that Reliance has Good service of it that’s why I purchased Reliance data card from one of Reliance executive on 22 June at my door step,it was activated till the same night. But after that night i was not able to use the data card because the network connection was disconnected due to negative address verification. and the actual Reason was witness sign missing on address proof.
I called to the same executive so many times but he didn’t pick my call as i am not a valuable customer of Reliance. Then I called over Reliance customer care no. to fill my complain for data card & against that executive who sold data card to me.I had word with the same executive by means teleconference through customer care,Few minutes later same executive called to me & said why did you filled my complain & he threatened me that i wont allow your data card to run successfully. After this event i am getting call for USB bill & when i ask for processing status of complain, they says your complain is still in process.
I have followed all procedure required to solve the problem but now i am totally frustrated that’s why i am writing this mail.

I had a trust over reliance but it is no longer now.I am totally frustrated that’s why i am writing this mail to you. Please consider this matter i am totally expecting on you.I will be grateful to you if you.I have last hope form you please take action in this matter.
