Dear Sir/ Madam SuB. : My incoming and outgoing calls are stopped suddenly from my Reliance GSM sim. My name is Ritesh Patel. My wife using Reliance GSM cell. She was converted network CDMA reliance GSM reliance. For that we have given to require necessary document to your service distributor before 1 month latter.(Bilimora Dist. Navsari. State Gujarat). But before 15 days i am trying to make a call but its giving some error message like service is not activated. For that we have go to your distributor and also go to your customer care center Navsari Sandhkuva.Both person was not helping properly to us. But steel we are suffering with this problem. Kindly requested to you. Please do needful for the same. My cell no is 93270 49xxxx We are follow up since 1 month before.

For that we are much suffering till date and plus mentally harassment too. Kindly support for the same.
