i purchased a landline phone from Reliance Digital Ambience mall Gurgaon last year. in warrenty period it get demaged so i returned it to reliance digital for maintenance on 23-Oct-2009. now it’s more than four month they are not returning my phone to me neither they are telling what’s going on. everytime i went to that place the tell me that they have sent it to the company for repair. from last four months i am listening the same statement. i talked to their senior people also, but they are all alike.
