I am a user of Reliance Digital Big TV.My Reliance Digital TV Smart Card number is 200913690422.A fault occurred in LNB of my Dish Antenna due to which I was unable to avail service of BIG TV.After more than a One and Half month the technical guy came and replaced my LNB and charged me 250 Rs.I was unable to watch TV in this 1 and half month and my balance got deducted.After couple of days, I was again facing same issue and not able to view channels the guy again turned up after many weeks and again replaced the LNB the previous LNB was a defective one and I again lost 334 Rs.They assured me that they will return my amount which they have deducted from my account due to service delay at there end.However, till date they never returned my money back.When I call them they ask me to call in some different time or tell me that there server is out of order.They actually have number of reasons for not resolving this issue.On September 25, I finally managed to get a service ID for this issue.Service Request ID is UCS47288568.Each day when I call them they say that today your issue will be resolved but its been many days, they never returned my money back.Approx. 500 Rs. needs to be returned by them to my account.
700 Rs to be returned in my account plus interest they need to pay for delay plus mental harassment.
