Dear Sir, I Suvendu Kumar Mishra had purchased Reconnect LED TV having model no. 32HD LED TV-RELEB3202, Serial Number G918A1UP1DW147577 on date 21/07/2012 from Reliance Digital Retail Ltd. Kharavel Nagar, Bhubaneswar-10, Odisha. During purchase I have taken resQ care plan for extra 2yr warranty. But during the installation of the TV at Ranchi (my address mention below) the concern Reliance Engineer did not find the wall mounting clamp in the packing I also have given many times complaint at company’s customer care no. by telephonically, that the USB port of the TV is not working. I am unable to view the full screen view of my still photo and video of the said format. But company has not taken any action against this for my complaint. This type of service is disgusting, after taking extra money for extra warranty.
