due to faulty network, i m not able to use my gprs data service.for this service i have already paid enough money yet they are not providing me any data for gprs service. because of this my time and my money got west. this is not the only reason, some time they deduct any amount from my main balance without informing me.after deducting this money if i call on customer care number they always say that you have activated some the service and now u will not get any refund,but in actual i have never activate any service yet they deduct money from my account.
WANT MY MONEY BACK WHICH I HAVE LOST DUE TO POOR SERVICE, IF I AM PAYING ENOUGH MONEY THEN YOU SHOULD PROVIDE ME BETTER SERVICE.
