I was facing speed problem in my area from last four to five month. I called to customer care and ask to write a complain. After few day they hv told me that they are in process to install some hardware in my area and ask to bear some days. after one month i again called them and ask to resolve same problem this time they told me that we are taking approval from over authorizes for installing the device than i ask them that i am no able to pay that much amount for such slow speed pl disconnect the connection then they told me “we will give waived off on monthly rental. But i received full charge than i complain for both problem (Bill and Speed). than they told we will solve this pl bear 5 more days but problem was not solved than again i call them that my due date is very near pl finalize the amount than they told pl don’t worry about due date. but next month they charge me penalty and full amount plus next month full amount and they stopped my service again the are asking that even service has been stopped for non payment of bill than also you will be charge for full month.
