Received a call from Delhi, the gentleman introduced himself as Rohit Sharma – representative of Reliance Life Insurance. He marketed for Reliance Life Insurance Money Multiplier policy and offered special offer of Personal Loan up to Rs. 10 Lakh against the policy. I opted for 2 policies (1 in my name and the other in my wife’s name). We have received the policy documents but there is no further communication regarding the loan amount. We feel cheated because our main intention is opting for the policies was personal loan which we have not received (even after 6 months).

We would like to cancel both the policies and to get Rs. 1 Lakh back.
