Reliance Gen Insurance – customer care did not answer me properly on my queries

I undersign P.Chandrasekaran last year (oct/2012) I had tried to take two wheeler policy (reliance general insurance) in the name of MRS.SHANTA L CHAVAN (MY WIFE) I had submitted RC book copy while taking policy. But they issued policy on my name and also vehicle manufacture year 2007, but policy issued vehicle manufacture year 2008. Those correct details clearly printed on my wife RC book, but lack of consciousness they provide mistake policy. At that time I requested them to change those imported details via customer care. They asked me to send RC book copy via email (services.rgicl@rcap.co.in, valueassure.rgicl@rcap.co.in) I had sent them after many request many phone call they sent right policy where those correction took place. This year (September/2013) I personally had visited vashi branch and I request them I do not want any trouble like what I faced last year. Concern person said give me RC book copy and also policy renewal fee you will get right policy then I gave them all what they asked. On 4/10/2013 money has ducted from my account, later 08/10/2013 I asked renewal policy soft copy to my email. I was shocked again they did same mistake that renewal policy holder name chandrasekaran.p. instated of MRS.SHANTA L CHAVA, vehicle manufacture year 2008 instead of 2007. Again I requested customer care for necessary changes, again they asked RC book copy via email (services.rgicl@rcap.co.in, valueassure.rgicl@rcap.co.in) which I sent to them again the service request number 13196910 they provide for further communication. They asked me to wait for 24 to 48 hours for necessary changes. After 48 hours (on 09/10/2013) evening customer care said wait for tomorrow after noon 12 pm and also they provide me service request number 13197877 they provide for further communication. Again today customer care said you have to wait for 7 days, 72 hours, till tomorrow. They had given promise only not my policy. My policy will get lapse on 13/10/2013 they do not bother the consumer problem. I never see this kind of lack consciousness while on duty. For taking policy the consumer has to face lots of problem then what about insurance claiming time in case any emergency. My running policy number is: 1110422312000268, My renewal policy number is : 1110732312000289.

For this kind of major error shows the company is trying moral activity towards policy holder. I want compensatory Rs. 10.000/= for their error, so they will work consciously for the customer and also for me. I hope I will get next renewal policy without any hastate. Please order them to reissue my renewal policy before my running policy leaps.
