I am using reliance GSM prepaid no. 8010619147 on which I recharged with Rs 123 on Oct 17, 2013, for which i received only 512 MB 3G data balance while the remaining 512 MB 3G data has not been credited in my account as yet. When i contacted customer care they said “we are unable to check your details due to some technical reasons, plz call after sometime” and since then i am trying to call their customer care but it is not getting dialed from my mobile no. I called up from my landline thrice bt everytime they said due to some reason or server issues we are unable to check details. Today when i called up again, now they are saying that remaining data balance will not be credited now.
I want my 512 MB 3G data balance to be credited in my account and Rs 54 as balance which is the amount of my landline bill while calling their customer care as it is not getting dialed from my mobile no.
