Sir, This complaint is for my reliance gsm number i.e 8010565006. The telecom operator i.e reliance is deducting amount from my main balance in name of some value added services to which i have never subscribed.This has happened with me innumerous times.On calling the customer care they say it happened by mistake and refunded my balance. Recently they deducted 13rupees in three times(5+5+3) from my main balance again and evrytime I called the customer care they talked arrogantly and said there is some technical problem and asked me to call again later.Then after three days they said we can”t refund now. Please do take strict action against them as this is a problem I am facing very frequently.I have lost my hard earned money in this cheap and clever tactics being employed by reliance telecom.Also their customer care executives talk so rudely and say everytime that they have some technical problem.This is happening since the last 8-10days.

want all my deducted money back along with an apology and a penalty on the telecom service provider for harassing me , talking arrogantly with me and most importantly wasting my precious time so that they don’t dare to employ such clever tactics in future again.
