Unusual balance deduction of balance from my sim card on daily basis without prior permission. and from last 2 month i am trying to reach the customer care of the Reliance GSM but their are no reply from the other side and my call is terminated in the middle of IVR.

I recharged my mobile for an urgent call but due to this unusual balance deduction i cant make a call due to which i was stuck in middle of nowhere and i also miss my interview call as my phone was in roaming area and due to unknown deduction i have no balance left in my SIM card due to which i couldn’t get the call. that was huge economic and psychological trauma for me.

firstly i want to urgently to terminated this service on my mobile no. and want the reason why they are charging me and why are not answering my calls. i want all refund of the deduction they had made on my mobile no in last two month. i want compensation for my loss which occur due to the poor service and unauthorized deduction on my mobile no which resulted in financial loss of 1,000 INR.
