There is an auto-deduction of 19 Rupees monthly from the phone balance(for SMS Pack). I have called customer care number of times for barring such pack/deductions since previous 6 months but the deductions are continuous.

Rupees 19 are deducted monthly despite the assurance for closing such pack from customer pack. Also has to undergo time teasing explanations to the customer care

To stop such deductions permanently. 2 To refund the deducted money.
