MY Name is Ankit Patel. I have reliance GSM connection from last 10 years. From last 4 months i have problem in network connectivity & mobile internet is very slow, so i fill the complain on myservices.relianceada.com. My Service Request no is 224804913 dated 10.09.2014. As per company they have to resolve the complain in 14 working days but still not resolve and in Gandhinagar not a single reliance store is available. I was also mail customercare@relianceada.com on 28.10.2014, but no reply. So, do the needful.
