My Reliance GSM number of Delhi Circle was terminated WITHOUT notifying me NEITHER by SMS EMAIL POSTAL PHONE ETC I was using the number since 5 years and it had a main balance of Rs 60/- and I was using internet through the same sim on 14 sep 2014 and it was a active sim and the connection was terminated without providing a PRIOR NOTICE or any other VALID reason on 16 sep 2014.”I wrote a email to the president but of no use,I went personally to the reliance digital store but of no use.” KINDLY HELP

In relief I want that a penalty must be imposed on Reliance communications limited for violating the terms of service, and haphazardly disrupting the service, and also that Rs 60/- was in my account i WANT IT TO BE credited to my BANK account.
