have 3 complaints and also i made the same complaints in past and they are not rectifying it despite of several complaints- 1. they very often charge 3rs for some VAS USSD service. from past 20 month they charged me 5 times this and i registered a complaint, they said it will not happen again. but it is still going on. 2. on 17th august, they again renewed my whatsapp 16 pack and msg 14 pack which i have unsubscribed long back. u can check from my previous complaints also for this problem. from past 5 months, every month i am making complaint for this issue. still they are not rectifying. 3. on 8th august, they started MIS CALL alert and charged me 30rs. i havent subscribed for it any time. when i called them, they said this application is not working, plz call later.then next day when i called, they said u have to register a complaint within 3 days. we cannot register your complaint. it was not my fault that their application was not working when i called in proper tym.
i want my 75rs back and also they should ensure that all these pack is deactivated. my previous complaint of 150rs was also not resolved. my economic damage in total soares to 225 if i add previous complaint also. i guess consumer forum is also not capable enough to resolve my previous complaint, so it will be great if i get my 75rs back which i registered in this complaint.
