D 310288153275 Battery backup- Reliance communication Is having major problem of battery backup, to elaborate it I would say that whenever the power (electricity) is gone connection goes out. I have launched several complaints in this regard in last year, but all complaints were closed un resolved. i had reg the complaint on 29/12/2014 the complaint was closed without resolution they even did not bother to inform me, i called them again to know the status of complaint the said complaint is closed, i insisted on getting it reopened i got fake confirmation that it been reopened which was reviled next day when i called up to know the status, i tried to laudge the complaint against the staff who had given false cinf instead of complaint he gave me interaction id and no action been taken so far.i been sending email reminders its been more then 17 reminders and 15 complaints all reminders being ignored and complaints being closed.
I had gone step by step to Reliance customer care- the email- applicant authority – and the nodal officer but no one has replied to the valid explanation i seek. other problem being faced Network outage- they have a term called network outage, in which they refuse to accept any complaint with a plea that there is network outage and no complaint can be registered till so and so time , and interesting fact is that that so and so time keep increasing till it crosses 24 hours minimum. 3. 24 hours tat breach- the complaint submitted is supposed to be resolved within 24 hours of being accepted but I have never seen any complaint being closed before 24 hours. I have numerous examples to prove my point
