I am Having a reliance CDMA number. With this number i had 19Rs sms service pack but from last six months i want it to discontinue and hence i had send many sms, called to customer care and even e-mailed to reliance customer care and every month i am charged with 19 rs after that when i call customer care they always said that now it will be discontinued but again the next month same problem keeps repeating its going on from more then six months.

I want this service to be permanently discontinued and hence reliance should enhance their system so the other customers should not
face the same problem every time.
