Reliance India Mobile – Unauthorized VAS Activation – No Customer care

Reliance communication has activated VAS pack without my instruction and consent 30 times during the period 13.02.2013 to 20.06.2013 and deducted Rs. 90/- in aggregate from my main balance. When i again and again contacted customer care through email and phone they have refunded 11 times only aggregating amount of Rs. 33/- only. Further behaviour of customer care executive was also not supportive. Some time they refuse to entertain the issue and say they are unable to solve my problem. I have all email conversation records and sms records as proof. I have ask customer care many times that why again and again amount deducted from my account without any instruction from my side. They didn’t answer anything. I also remind them their policy which is available on their website and clearly say that before activating any VAS pack they shall confirm first with subscriber. But no such communication was done with me ever. Also i never sent any sms for activating any pack. I have sent almost 50 emails to reliance communication authorities including their president service. But no response has been received till date.

I am a professional (company secretary) who entrusted with high responsibility in company to whom i am working with. Whenever i received msg that Rs. 3 deducted from your account as VAS charges it irritate me and effect my efficiency of work. My anger then pass on to my sub ordinates which also result a decrease in their efficiency. I suffered lots of mental and economic damage with this attitude of Reliance Communication. Mental damage can’t be measured in money. Economically i suffered loss of Rs. 57/- which was not refunded by reliance communication
