Hello Sir,

I am Ajay Patel. Before 2 month i take a policy from reliance on that condition the give me my bonus after 45 days with healthcare cashless Card. But now after 2 month they are bull sheet services they are not give my money even not proper services. I have to call every time and that time they told me that believe on us trust on us bla bla. I am really so frosted Even when the main person is not on desk at that time when pickup someone else phone so they also not ask that guy about my call means every time i have to call them and wast my money and after call they only give me prossses that’s it not any proper date no any proper services.

Now i am really so feasted from services of Reliance i really really so disappoint i have to take some legal action if there is any other way to short out my problem so i like to go ahead. I need help asap. I also put the number of that guys who are responsible for my mentally disturbances

Here is two person who are responsible for ever tying

This person who is the first person who call me 5 times in a day and when time to back my money so when i call her she is busy in her sister’s marriage from last 20days means they guys trying to fool me and its really bull sheet.

02. Rauhl Mehra – +918750133231
After Payal sharma they give me other no. for communication and this guy told me only 1 thing trust me trust me trust me what the hell!!!! because He is not give me any proper date for my amount even my cashless card even when i ask him to please give me letter or mail from your company for responsibility so he told me that he don’t have any rights to do it.

When i call these both guys and if they are not on phone and somebody else take phone in that condition nobody inform them about my call. Is it professionalism?????
