Reliance Insurance – rejected claim poor response by team

My car met with an Accident on 07/05/14 , hence i sent it for repair at the Service center on 09/05/14 and claim was initiated (Claim reference#2141060275.) 1st of all there was delay in survey of my car to 3-4 days of my claim logging date. That to after my so many calls to him. While I was calling up to do my survey he said if I call up again and again he will not process my claim and will reject the same.He did the same, now he has rejected my claim saying that i have had a repair from some were due to the same my claim is rejected, here i want to state that my claim is 100% genuine as when i had an accident my car’s intercooler got dammaged due to which was not running, and in that state only i gave my car to the service center and claim was logged. Reliance team is just trying to run away from their responsibility and seems that the surey executive is just looking for some bribe and he has taken things on his ego. Also please note when the intercooler got damaged the car stooped performing then how come ill get it repaired from out side. in past also i have had issues with Relaince genral insuarnce RGL took 3-4 days time to process my claim that also half part were offered and i was mentally tortured by many calls from your team members to accept it else there will be a lot of problems in my policy in future. (My Claim was 100% genuine) even the surveyor “personally” agreed to it, but he informed me that “officially” he has been asked “NOT TO” process all the parts. After all this i decided to write to Reliance General Insurance’s grievance cell they took 4 days to reply to my e-mail and all that was written in their reply was your complaint number is SR No.: 14101957 and we will get back to us asap. i again waited to 2 days but there was no reply , to which i again wrote back to them asking about the TAT. Again no written reply was provided by them, however i got a call from reliance general insurance today late evening . the girl who was talking seems to have no power or authority rather seems just like a tele callar who has been given a script to read out. She told me that a physical letter has been dispatched to my residence address with reference to my complaint number. When i asked her to why a physical letter has been sent to my residence in place of a reply over e-mail when i sent a email. she had no answer.When i asked her what written on that letter , she read out the letter ” just like a robot do”. All that i understood was my claim has been rejected due my low maintenance of my car. i went furious when i got to hear that she had no answers to my questions, she promised to give me a call back post discussing the issue with claims head in 20 mins but iam still waiting for her call. Here i want to state that my car is just 2 years old i have kept it in a very good condition , i have always got my service done from the authorized service centers only.
