My previous consumer complain was 57962/3/2013 Engineer came to resolve the issue but failed to resolve. I was promised that I would get a call from respective department on 5th of July but till now no communication has been made. Over that reliance is sending bills for the period which I was unable to use internet.
a compensation of Rs. 12000 as demanded in the earlier case.
