The commercial manager reliance broad band internet service chandigarh dear sir, reg : my broad band connection no. 399692109245 in the name of kulwant singh installed at h.no. 198 phase 3 a, mohali complaint no. 224040789 i am sorry to point it out that hoping for better connectivity of your broad band service i had got your connection so that i may be able to receive efficient internet service, you have not come up to my expectations rather your irregular connectivity has disappointed me a lot. problem being faced: loss of connectivity on every power break/ cut- even on recovery of power supply from elect dept broad band connection is recovered/ reconnected automatically – our complaints for which remain unattended. when contacted your complaint station , it was informed that there was no power bank( battery ) at the dlc box . if this problem has been resolved now, only then we can your connection again . now since 22nd October 2014 the internet is not working due to cut in the fiber cable and nobody is paying any attention to our problem. please check up my account details, every month there are at least 6 complaints, during the last few months. please look into the matter and resolve the matter on permanent bases so that i may get this connection thanking you, yours truly, kulwant singh contact no. 98888 91xxx 2/11/2014 broadband@relianceada.com
