The internet services went down on 6th July for two months. I did not use the internet connection after that. I made several calls the customer care asking for bill waiver. After two months of outage. I disconnected the services. The customer care executive assured me that I will not have to pay anything for those two months. I’ve started receiving calls from legal department asking for 2200 rs for those two months when they didn’t provide any service.
The internet outage led to 1. Getting disconnected from family. My brother stays in US. I was not able to do skype call with him. 2. I was not able to do my office work. I had to visit friends for using their internet connection. 3. The calls from legal department is causing mental harassment. As those people are extremely rude with their words.
