Invoice No-8435/13-14/001204 Hello,I have bought a Gold ring on 4th December from reliance Jewels Nashik..Size of ring wasn’t appropriate,but they ensured me I can exchange the ring within 7 days(Free of cost)or alter the ring size anyway(Free of cost). On 31st December i gave ring to alteration but on 1st jan 2014 they told me it couldn’t be altered due to technical issue.Now I am advised to exchange the ring bearing Gold depreciation cost and Making charges of another ring.

Because they told me my ring could be altered anytime,so i didn’t exchange it in 7 day period so i should be given that facility now also as they are turning back from their promise to alter it.
