My new reliance jio 4g LTE does not deliver good speed. I’m not getting 4g speed on my handset model lyf Flame 6 My Jio 4G Mobile no 7004795393. My no. got activated by 23 july, 2016 and I am facing the problem since then. I m getting download speed of 15kbps to 150 kbps only while on the other hand my friends are getting 2mbps of downloading speed with same handset and locality. I am availing the services from Hinoo, Ranchi Jharkhand. Please look into the issue ASAP. I request u to solve this problem on an urgent basis.
