It’s intimated that I was much inconvenienced & saddened while seeking a Jio sim card & did not get one in spite of my standing in wait for hours together in spite of my being a senior citizen & bed ridden. This is deeply regretted. This is not expected of a company like yours.
You are earnestly requested to instruct Reliance digital Xpress store at Mani Majra,, Chandigarh – 160101 or Elante Mall , Industrial Area, Chandigarh to issue me sim card on priority basis as a goodwill gesture under intimation to me at he soonest.
I would be grateful if you could respond expeditiously.
