I have got a message thru SMS That my complaint is registered with you on 27.10.2013 vide SR No-0017958710. But I Have not received any call or written letter from your side.

Please note that the Agent Mr Ravi Kumar Singh who is fraud agent & do the Policy No- 50611738 of Rs 30000/-.The signature available in the Policy documents are bogus & done by other people (Marked in physical document sent to you).

Also he had give a SMS to me for deposit Rs 15700/- in his bank account of Bank Of Baroda for TDS amount of the Policy(Deposit Slip Attached). For which I will be filed an FIR in police & court against Him.

He is your agent & my policy is issue from Rohtak Haryana. So please take necessary action against him to do the fraud , also cancel the policy & return the amount with interest to me.
