I have submitted my insurance policy(12081615) maturity claim for payout on 20th July. Was promised the process will complete in 15days and money will get transferred to my Bank account. But till date(08th August) there is no information about the status. When called Customer Care at 30338181, they say there is no request raised for the maturity claim. When contacted branch, they say it is in process and customer care will not be able to check at their end because of the system access issue. Nobody giving proper information about the status even after the mentioned timeline to process has expired.
Need the money to payout for my home loan, had to travel multiple times to the branch for enquiry as customer care do not have the information about the request. Mental Agony.
