DEAR SIR, MY COMPLAIN IS THAT MY NAME IS MAYA BARAIK, POLICY NUMBER IS 10798126, THEY HAVE DESCRIVED MATURITY DATE 20/06/2013 ON MY POLICY DOCKET SO I FILLED MATURITY FORM ON 21/06/2013 IN RANCHI BRANCH. I WAIT FOR ONE WEEK WHEN FUND NOT TRANSFERED TO MY ACCOUNT THEN I CALL TO THEIR CALL CENTER WHERE THEY TOLD ME THAT MY POLICY MATURITY DATE IS SHOWING 22/08/2013 IN THIER SYSTEM SO FUND WILL BE TRANSFERED TO MY ACCOUNT AFTER 22/08/2013. MY POINT IS THAT SIR THIS IS THIER TECHNICAL MISTAKE THEN WHY WILL SUFFER? I HV COMPLAINED ON THEIR EMAIL CUSTOMER CARE ABOUT FOUR TIMES, I ALSO COMPLAINED TO THIER HEAD OFFICE MUMBAI BY POST. BUT THIER IS NO POSITIVE RESPONSE IN ORDER TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM.I ALSO COMPLAINED TO THIER GRIEVANCE OFFICER TWICE BUT YET NOT A SINGLE REPLY BY THEM. I THINK THEY ARE NOT IN MOOD OF RESOLVING MY PROBLEM. PLZ HELP I NEED MY MONEY AND M BIENG HARRASED BY THE COMPANY THIS WAY.
FIRST PRIORITY IS THAT MY FUND SHOULD BE GIVEN TO ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WITH INTEREST OF 10%/MONTH FROM 20/06/2013 TO THE DAY THEY WILL GIVE ME MONEY. I ALSO WANT 5000 RUPEES AS COMPANSATION. IF THEY DELAY IN THE PROCESS OF RESOLVING THEN MY COMPANSATION SHOULD BE MULTIPLIED PER MONTH.
