Dear Sir, I have purchased Life Insurance policy – 17636845 From Reliance Life Insurance through Agent M/s Unicorn Delhi(Instalment Rs. 30000/- p.a. for three Years) so called “Anniversary Plan” in favor of Sanjiv Wadhawan on dt. 31.07.2010. I have been informed following benefits in the Policy : – i) Natural Death – 2.5 years – Rs. 250000/- ii) Accidental – 5 Years – Rs. 500000/- iii) Medical Insurance – 20 years – Rs. 100000/- In addition to the above, Cash Back of Rs. 6000/- @ 20 % of premium immediately, Pension Benefit @ Rs. 8000/- p.a. (If I retain Rs. 15000/- after maturity) and on maturity after 4 years I would get Rs. 139800/- I have recd policy immediately after 10 days and the above benefits were missing. When I contacted the concerned person I had been informed that the copy already sent is just for getting Tax Benefits and the revised Policy containing all the above-said benefits shall be reached to u within 60 days. The name of persons who contacted to me are Ms. Preeti Sharma & Ms. Deepika and their Contact Nos. are 09015444454 & +911147443600. I had also contacted their Business Head Mr. Shaiz Ahmed but not proved fruitful. Afterwards, I had approached Customer Care Centre of Reliance Life on dt. 22.11.2010 and they informed me that there is no such kind of policy and explained me the real benefits. From the above, it is confirmed that the Policy is sold concealing the real benefits. You are requested to verify all the facts and help me in getting back premium amount alongwith interest since this is a case of cheating. I hv deposited only One Premium amount.
