I am Kumar krishna Sen holding a Policy 16638265, this policy was issued on 23rd of March, 2010 with yearly premium 20000 INR. I had already paid two premiums of this policy, latest was on April 2012, but after that I was not able to pay premium due to my financial condition, but I am keeping remain this policy till 23rd of March 2015, and after that I want to withdraw this policy, but on that time when I did contact with customer care department,department told me my amount will totally be forfeited, how it is possible, Reliance have done business with my total premium amount of 40000 INR and now Reliance Insurance department is denying to return it? I want to surrender this policy after 23rd. of March 2015, which means that my policy will be completing of 5 years. Also attach my last premium certificate.
