Subject:Complaint against “Reliance Life Insurance Co.Ltd. Mile Stone Ramdaspeth NAGPUR.
Dear sir / madam,
I am PRATIK P POPAT working as Sr.Marketing Executive at HARDEO HOTEL PVT LTD.I applied to become insurance advisor so i contacted Reliance Life Insurance Co.Ltd. Nagpur.They had created URN NO. for training & exam. purpose,but i failed exam because they did not guide me properly.Now I am not satisfied with their guidance & working.They used My PAN No Regarding my personal work.I requested them to cancel my URN No.So,i can use my PAN No.but they are not co-operative me.I talked their BM,Sales Manager but in vain,they are BARGENING with me that give us 2 SALES MANAGER,So,that we with co-operate your cancel your URN.
I am very upset because of all these matter,that’s why I am writing the complaint letter.I have to use My PAN No.& all document for same other purpose.So,please allow me for the same, I am tired of them.
Please consider my request as early as possible.
