I using reliance mobile services from big time. My complain is about balance deduction. A balance of rs.290/- is deducted from my account without any uses and internet service not in working. With this if I use the same no. For customer care it didn’t get connect. I also hv other reliance connection and its working properly with internet. Same problem occurred last month balance. rs.260/- deducted and after complain and harassment of 5 company refund it. I use other no. To connect customer service it get connected but they telling there system is not working. Its really disturbing I m getting headache due to this problem plz help me as soon as possible.

I m really distributed and wasting big time to connecting them with no result. Its very much disturbing and giving me headache . I didn’t hv more time to give them as they say me they not reliable any loss of money if I complaint after 24 hours its disturbing me.
