My prepaid number is 8442844xxx and had recharged it with Rs. 194 recharge voucher and Rs. 156 1 GB 3G data pack. The 3G data pack was valid till 20/11/2014. When I checked on 14th November, 2014 morning, I was informed by Customer Care that there is around 11-12 mb data unused on my 3G pack Since I don’t have adequate balance in my main account for making calls, I recharged it with Rs. 100 on 06/11/14 and Rs. 50 on 14/11/2014 respectively.The entire amount on both recharges was deducted by operator even I didn’t made any significant outgoing calls. It seems that amount was deducted due to 3G uses, which should not be done as I had sufficient available data limits under Rs. 156 recharge which was valid till 20/11/14. I tried to know the reasons from customer care, live chat and reliance store but nobody helped me and for throughout 3/4 days, they were giving excuses that system is down and they are unable to help me. Even they have taken my complain (No:226907941) but noone till now has reverted on fraudulent deductions on my account. I also complained through e-mail (customercare@relianceada.com, rcomappellateauthority.kol@relianceada.com, rtlappellateauthority.kol@relianceada.com) on 14/11/14, 16/11/14 and 19/11/2014, but Company has not yet reverted which itself prove that Company is at fault and fraudulently deducted money from my account. Due to this reasons, I am losing money and not being able to use my phone properly, affecting my valuable time. Request you to please take stringent action because Reliance is making unauthorised/illegal money through these types of fraudulent deductions and making general public fool. In most of the cases, many customers don’t complain and even if they complain, Reliance customer care intentionally don’t revert to them, resulting fraudulent income to Reliance and loss of customer money and valuable time. Clarifications from the Company on my query – Written Apology from the Company – Refund of INR 326 on my account immediately – To remove charges of INR 25 for checking my past usage (It is only meant to stop customers from checking fraudulent deductions)
